Rooms need an upgrade; they felt outdated. Free buffet breakfast was excellent and the shuttle to the airport is convenient. Be prepared for noise from trains and planes, though. service was decent and staff were helpful.

Spacious suites and a great breakfast selection. The noise from nearby planes can be pretty disruptive. The pool area is nice for relaxing but can get crowded. Elevator service was often slow during peak times.

Huge rooms fit our family of 5 nicely. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour is super convenient.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get good value for your stay.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and super comfy, perfect for our family of 4! 🍳 Breakfast was a delight, with a tasty selection including bacon and pancakes to kickstart our day. 🌟 And I loved the evening reception with complimentary snacks and cocktails – such a fun touch!

The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, but it had some issues with amenities that were not restocked. The noise level from outside was noticeable, impacting sleep quality. Control over the room's temperature was inadequate, leaving it often too cold. I found the furniture to be dated and needing maintenance. The smell was overwhelming at times, possibly from previous cleaning products. The lighting was dim, making the room feel less inviting. the space felt unkept and wasn’t up to the standards expected for this hotel chain.

Super close to the airport with a free shuttle. Check-in was easy, and our rooms were spacious for a family of 4. Restaurant on-site was a lifesaver after traveling. The pool was clean and not busy. Breakfast was amazing, and we got two free drinks at happy hour. Staff were really nice and helpful.

I gorged on mouth, watering steak, fresh Florida fish, and succulent seafood at Grill 305. Atrium and ballrooms were flexible and delightful. Late check, out was a lifesaver.
I just loved the freezing room, cockroach in the bathroom, and paper, thin walls. So cozy and relaxing!

We hit up South Beach where the vibes were unreal, then partied it up at the Port of Miami before boarding our cruise - total dream! The hotel's location near the airport was clutch too!
Would've been epic if they had a cool rooftop bar for young peeps to chill and have a blast after a wild day out.

Positive aspects: The receptionist was friendly. The spacious suite accommodated our family of five comfortably. The contactless check-in via the Hilton app was efficient. Great amenities, including an amazing breakfast and a fantastic shuttle service. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the absence of noise despite being near an airport. significant issues arose. The lack of room cleaning during our four-night stay was disappointing. I faced rude service from front desk staff and felt disregarded. Waiting for towels was frustrating, as was the inconsistency with shuttle availability. Expectations fell short, highlighting a need for improved management and staff training. This needs serious attention, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

During my xmas stay, Roxana Salazar provided exceptional service, making me and my family feel welcome and well taken care of. She went out of her way to accommodate us, ensuring we had an early check-in and a comfortable room. The hotel's proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle service made our travels hassle-free. Additionally, the spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided a relaxing stay experience.
There were some drawbacks. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities left much to be desired, with dust, pet hair, and cockroaches found in the bathroom.

Had a great time at this spot by the airport. Free breakfast was yum with bacon, eggs, and pancakes. The lobby looked stunning and the pool was a gem.
The room was a bit worn out, issues with the toilet and no cleaning for the four-night stay. Elevator waits were forever, and the room had a strong chlorine smell.

During my recent stay at Embassy Suites, I was disappointed with a few aspects of the hotel's amenities. the ironing facilities were lacking as I had requested an ironing board during my two-night stay, but it was only provided on the morning of my departure. This made it challenging to properly iron my clothes. the air conditioning in the room broke down in the middle of the night, causing discomfort and disruption to our sleep. I appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the airport and the convenience of being able to arrange a paid shuttle service to the port. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the overall experience a bit more pleasant. there were cleanliness issues in the room that cannot be overlooked. From rat droppings to blood stains on the curtains and sheets, the level of filth was unacceptable. This not only affected the comfort of our stay but also led to health concerns, as I contracted bacterial conjunctivitis during my time at the hotel. In terms of room amenities, there were also shortcomings such as a lack of towels and bedding for a party of six, as well as delayed service when requesting additional items. The hotel staff's response to issues was unsatisfactory, with long wait times for assistance and a lack of resolution to problems. my experience at Embassy Suites was marred by cleanliness and maintenance issues, which overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel's location and shuttle services. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the quality of stay.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, varied and tasty breakfast, on-site pool and hot tub, free alcohol and snacks at evening reception, handy 24/7 shuttle every 30 minutes.
Felt very secure, nothing too much trouble.

the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the evening reception with 2 free drinks per adult was a nice surprise. we also appreciated the easy, free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the quick and easy process of setting up a $10/person hotel to port transfer.
All was perfect! 🌟
